Cookie Policy
Nothing is stored on your device unless you accept it. Here is exactly what we use and what each item does.

The short version
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies unless you accept them. If you decline, the site works exactly the same — we simply see less about how it is used.
What a cookie is
A small file a website asks your browser to store, so it can recognise your browser on a later visit. The same rules cover similar technologies such as local storage, and we use one of those too, described below.
Strictly necessary — always on
One item is stored whatever you choose, because without it we could not remember your answer and would have to ask again on every page.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
| ip-cookie-consent | Local storage | Remembers whether you accepted or declined cookies | Until you clear your browser data |
This stores only the word "granted" or "denied". It contains nothing about you and is never sent to us or to anyone else.
Analytics and advertising — only if you accept
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site, and to measure whether our advertising is working. These are set only after you click Accept.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes one browser from another so visits can be counted | 2 years |
| _ga_B7LYV1NPLP | Google Analytics | Keeps track of a single visit to the site | 2 years |
We also record when someone taps our telephone number or email address, so we can see which pages lead to enquiries. That tells us a tap happened and on which page — not who you are, and not what you went on to say to us.
If you decline, Google still receives an anonymous signal that a page was viewed, with no identifiers and nothing stored on your device. This is Google's Consent Mode, and it is how we keep some sense of traffic without tracking anyone who has said no.
Things this site does not do
- No advertising networks beyond measuring our own Google ads.
- No social media tracking pixels.
- No selling or sharing of your data with third parties for their own purposes.
- No cookies that record anything about your health or your enquiry.
Changing your mind
Clear your browser's site data for intactphysio.com and the banner will appear again on your next visit, letting you choose differently. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings — every major browser has a privacy section for this.
